Ben Falzon joined MCD earlier this year and jumped straight into the family business. Read his MCD Story below.
I have really enjoyed working at MCD. I have had a lot of work to do such as learning wallpapering, putting up the flower wall in the office, and working on Lindfield, Vine House, as a labourer. I’ve been helping out with various trades and learning loads.
When I started I immediately got involved to help clean the Lindfield site. At Lindfield Vine House, it is a friendly environment and very supportive in moments we need to assist each other. I always enjoy being there!
The best thing about joining the family business is becoming part of the team and having the opportunity to progress in the business.
