Richard is a Senior Site Manager with 19 years’ experience in the construction industry, responsible for the overall management and delivery of multidisciplinary construction and refurbishment projects. He ensures works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards, while remaining aligned with programme, budget, specifications and statutory requirements. Richard provides strong site leadership throughout each project, coordinating subcontractors, consultants, tenants and client representatives to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of works.
