Ben Falzon
Site Manager
Ben joined MCD in June 2024 and brings over five years’ experience in the construction industry to his role as Site Manager. Having started his career as a carpenter, he holds a Level 2 Carpentry qualification alongside SSSTS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshal and Asbestos Awareness certifications. Ben manages a range of internal and external repairs and redecoration projects, overseeing programme and commercial aspects while coordinating subcontractors and maintaining strong client and resident relationships. Outside of work, Ben is currently training for the Marathon des Sables, a 250km ultramarathon across the Sahara Desert, demonstrating the determination and resilience he brings to his professional role.
