After spending the last two Christmases undergoing chemotherapy, Sofia was finally able to enjoy the festive season as it should be, full of joy, wonder, and special memories. Thanks to the companies donation, Sofia and her family visited Lapland UK, where she met elves, explored a winter wonderland, enjoyed plenty of hot chocolate, and even tried ice skating. Most importantly, it gave Sofia the chance to create happy Christmas memories to cherish, replacing those shaped by cancer treatment.
Rays of Sunshine passed on a message from Sofia’s mum following the trip: “Oh my! What a wonderful experience it all was. Sofia was so excited and on great form. Huge, huge, huge thank you, we are so appreciative.”
