Retail Unit Refurbishment
This project involved the full internal refurbishment of a retail unit located just off Sloane Street in the Borough of Westminster, delivered as part of an ongoing Major Works Framework.
The scope included the complete refurbishment of both the basement and ground floors, totalling 1,042 square feet. Key works involved tanking two vaults, installing underground drainage, upgrading the existing ventilation system, and preparing all internal walls for decoration.
The project required coordination of several specialist trades working in close proximity within a tight programme. Effective site management and clear, consistent communication with the client ensured the project remained on schedule, allowing the new occupants to move in on time.
