An external structural support project in Belgravia, London. This three-month programme, following a four-week lead time for the bespoke steelwork, focused on stabilising a leaning chimney and required the expertise of structural engineers, roofers, and scaffolders.
With multiple trades on site, the team worked together to overcome challenges, including redesigning the support system after discovering uneven roof rafters. As the property remained occupied throughout, access was coordinated with the tenant, and noise was kept to a minimum to minimise disruption.
