This 16-week project involved the decoration of windows, masonry repairs, roofing works, asbestos removal, and the complete rebuild of two leaning chimneys. Due to the nature of the project, the work required constant scaffold adaptations and specialist trades involved – including roofers, stonemasons, scaffolders and licensed asbestos removers. Midway through the project, the team discovered that two chimneys were dangerously unstable and had to act quickly to repair them, ensuring there were no delays to the programme. To minimise disruption to residents and the client, regular progress meetings were held to maintain clear communication and manage expectations
