Completed waterproofing works to a residential vault in Eaton Square, Belgravia as part of a specialist refurbishment project. Over the course of a month, our team carried out full internal tanking, installed a new waterproof floor (allowing for a 28-day drying period), and then returned to complete the walls and ceiling. Additional works included updating the lighting, fitting a new door frame, and rehanging the existing door. The project brought together a skilled team of tanking specialists, carpenters, and electricians. With strict noise restrictions in place, our Site Management team worked closely with the building’s concierge to minimise disruption to residents.
