Health and Safety

Health and Safety is in our DNA. We live and breath it to ensure that we all go home safely at the end of every working day.

By working together, we will ensure that we have a safe site and happy, responsible staff, clients and subcontractors.

Health and safety is non-negotiable for MCD Heritage. We expect that everyone takes personal responsibility for complying with all relevant standards and our own strict Health and Safety policy. Induction training, regular refresher courses and ongoing conversations ensure that we all keep HSSE top of mind, every day. If you're in our team, Health and Safety has to be an integral part of every single activity, every single day. Each site has an allocated HSSE advisor to ensure that it complies with all aspects of the policy. Clients and sub-contractors are briefed and encouraged to work closely with the MCD team so that together, we create a culture that puts health, safety and wellbeing at the heart of our activities.
